Americans are confused by Canadians' ability to be funny. The capital city alone has spawned Tom Green, Jim Carrey, Ren & Stimpy, Dan Aykroyd and VICE. Then you have Toronto spewing out SCTV, Kids in the Hall, Phil Hartman, Norm MacDonald, Mike Myers and a bunch of horrible clown bands like Barenaked Ladies and Moxy Fruvos. This is why: Canada is fucking cold and we have a good educational system. This means we watch tons of TV and have the ability to memorize and analyze it with comedic clarity. That's why.
