Recorded throughout the making of Lovers Leap, this 7-inch certainly isn't a cynical attempt to release the leftovers from those sessions... Oh shit, you caught us!
Okay, we confess. These are three outtakes which err on the heavy side, despite Bryk's oft-stated intention "to not rock."
Actually, at some point all concerned decided that these tracks weren't really representative of the tone of the album proper, so we didn't mix them with the rest of the album. |

Rock Nobody features a new mix by Joao Carvalho at Umbrella Sound (Hayden, Howie Beck, By Divine Right...) while the other tracks were mixed at the CBC by Stephen Traub and Ron Skinner back in the day.
The EP features guest stars like Howie Beck, Danny Michel, Chad Richardson and Renann, in addition to the Lovers Leap rhythm section you know and love.
That's why god invented singles, you know. (Actually, we think RCA invented them, but that's another story altogether...) |
